# Kuadro

> Kuadro delivers the complete CTO and CPO function for growing companies, and helps small and mid-sized teams put AI to work, from first setup to agents in production. Founded in 2025. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, serving clients globally. 15+ clients served.

The name comes from the Portuguese word "quadro", meaning frame: Kuadro builds the framework around a client's vision and brings it to life. Every engagement pairs engineering capability with product direction and organizational readiness, with hands-on implementation. The company name is Kuadro (without "AI"); kuadro.ai is the domain.

## Services

- AI Harness: moves AI pilots into production. Step 1, Harness Readiness Assessment (fixed scope): workflow inventory, suitability ("don't build an agent" is a valid outcome), baseline economics, operating boundaries, harness and infrastructure evaluation, ownership and failure design, reference architecture and roadmap. Step 2, Agent Production Pilot (separate scope): one workflow live, measured against the baseline. Point of view: rent the plumbing, own the judgment.
- AI for your team: knowledge base directories, AI tools connected to where the work lives (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini), saved workflows and team training. For small and mid-sized teams without an in-house AI team.
- Embedded leadership: fractional CTO, CPO and engineering leadership embedded in your team
- Product management: roadmaps, prioritization, sprint delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Software and engineering: web apps, mobile apps, APIs, SaaS products, AI systems and cloud infrastructure
- App development: native and cross-platform mobile apps and progressive web apps, from concept to App Store
- Digital experience: brand, UX, web design and marketing technology, through sister studio Kuadro Digital (https://kuadro.digital)
- Enterprise transformation and change management: AI strategy, org design, process modernization and change management
